Lex Rex Publishing was founded in 2002 as a vehicle by which to publish biblical Reformation to the world. Though the term "Reformation" is remembered primarily as an historic period of great theological and political tumult in the 1500's and 1600's, to those of the more recent past who have faithfully pressed for thorough biblical integrity, "Reformation" has also been considered a matter of necessary, continuing biblical reform in all venues of human society.

To the reformers, a lack of continuing Reformation meant falling back into the stench of pagan human depravity - no matter how dignified that paganism might appear on its surface. Reformation was therefore to always be pressed onward to carry the timeless, orthodox standard of God's truth in the earth.
The byword was always to look forward to further and more perfect reformation, because without constantly pressing for biblical reforms, the old corruptions were sure to return in whatever their newness of form.

Continuing biblical reformation is therefore a mantle which has been handed to the Christians of our day. Today, reformation still represents a comprehensive, active way of living in accord with the precepts of the comprehensive, active, and living God. Reformation is more than an eventful period of history, it is an aggressive, lively process with an ongoing aim of improving individuals, families, and churches, as well as the wider civil community. The purpose of Lex Rex
Publishing is therefore to play a role in rediscovering the principles of the biblical Reformation of old and continuing its grand legacy in our and future generations.
